Booking & Payment Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward your service total. A valid credit/debit card is required to book and will be securely kept on file. ⸻ Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours are subject to a $25 late cancellation fee, charged to the card on file. Deposits are non-refundable and may be forfeited if the policy is violated. ⸻ Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule. Late arrivals may result in shortened services or forfeited deposits. ⸻ No-Shows No-shows will be charged the remaining balance of the service to the card on file. *** No extra guests permitted.
