Cancellation Policy

Kindly review our policy thoroughly. Non-compliance to these policies may lead to the loss of your deposit and restriction from future bookings. All bookings require a 50% non-refundable fee to secure your appointment. Important Information: • No extra guest – Only the person who is being serviced will be allowed entry • If you show up under the influence of any kind your appointment will be canceled and you will forfeit your deposit fee • If you are feeling sick or experiencing any COVID–19 symptoms, please reschedule your appointment First-time Clients: • We're thrilled to be part of your skincare journey. To ensure the best outcomes, we kindly request that all first-time clients schedule a consultation appointment before booking individual services. Cancellations and Rescheduling: • At SkinCareFromWithin, we acknowledge that schedules can shift unexpectedly. We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to manage our schedules and cater to other clients who may need an appointment. Notification can be made via phone, email, or our online booking system. Please note: **If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be transferred to the new booking. To avoid a new deposit fee, kindly reschedule within this timeframe. **Any cancellations made after the 24-hour window will result in the forfeiture of the deposit for your next appointment. To reschedule, a new deposit will be required. Late Arrivals: • Kindly be aware that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. This ensures that we maintain a high standard of service and experience for both you and our other valued clients. At SkinCareFromWithin, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, giving you the full value of your appointment without any sense of rush. No-Shows: • Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without any prior notification will be charged the full cost of the appointment and deposit. • Chronic no-shows may result in the refusal of future bookings. Refunds: We do not offer refunds of any kind. Payment: • Acceptable forms of deposit are VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Zelle • The remaining balance will be due in Cash Exceptions: • We understand that special circumstances may arise. We may make exceptions to the above policies on a case-by-case basis. If you feel you may qualify, please discuss it with us.
