Service Description
Kindly note that this service is required for first-time clients before booking individual services. For further details, kindly refer to our booking policies. This is an introductory service where you receive a full consultation and a customized treatment for the price of one! To book this service you will be prompted to fill out and sign an intake and consent form. This service includes: • In-depth skin consultation & goal setting • Double cleanse • Gentle exfoliation • Hydrating or calming mask • Customized product application • Home care recommendations This is a light introductory facial designed to evaluate your skin and create a customized treatment plan. Extractions and advanced treatments are not included.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward your service total. A valid credit/debit card is required to book and will be securely kept on file. ⸻ Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours are subject to a $25 late cancellation fee, charged to the card on file. Deposits are non-refundable and may be forfeited if the policy is violated. ⸻ Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule. Late arrivals may result in shortened services or forfeited deposits. ⸻ No-Shows No-shows will be charged the remaining balance of the service to the card on file. *** No extra guests permitted. Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions. By booking, you agree to this policy.
