Please note: In person Consultations require approval after you submit a booking request. Once your request is received, I will review it and either confirm the appointment or contact you to discuss an alternative date or time if needed. Kindly note that this service is required for first-time clients before booking individual services. For further details, kindly refer to our booking policies. When you schedule an in-person consultation for a first-time facial client, you can expect a comprehensive and customized skincare routine tailored to meet your unique skincare needs. This will include a skin analysis, a thorough written home care routine, and product recommendations. This initial consultation is KEY to ensuring that your facial is safe, effective, and aligned with your skincare goals. It is the first step in your journey to healthier, more radiant skin.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward your service total. A valid credit/debit card is required to book and will be securely kept on file. ⸻ Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours are subject to a $25 late cancellation fee, charged to the card on file. Deposits are non-refundable and may be forfeited if the policy is violated. ⸻ Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule. Late arrivals may result in shortened services or forfeited deposits. ⸻ No-Shows No-shows will be charged the remaining balance of the service to the card on file. *** No extra guests permitted. Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions. By booking, you agree to this policy.
